Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring delicate dried botanicals or fragile home goods are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
