With proper care, our naturally preserved and dried floral arrangements can last between 1 to 3 years. Keep them out of direct sunlight and high-humidity areas to ensure maximum longevity.
Do I need to water my dried plants?
No, you should never water dried or preserved plants. Moisture can cause the stems to soften, lead to mold growth, or cause colors to bleed. They are designed to be completely maintenance-free.
How do you ensure the items don't break during shipping?
We use specialized eco-friendly packaging, including custom-fit inserts and protective wraps, to secure the delicate stems. While some minor shedding is normal during transit, our methods minimize breakage.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. However, because our floral arrangements are delicate and often made-to-order, we can only accept returns on them if they arrive damaged.
Are the dyes used in your products safe?
Yes, we use non-toxic, vegetable-based dyes and natural preservation methods. Our products are safe for home environments, though we recommend keeping them out of reach of curious pets and small children.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the continental US and Canada. Due to agricultural regulations regarding dried plant matter, we are limited in the international regions we can serve at this time.
